Catia cooks in the traditional Tuscany way like her grandmother taught her. You can eat the old typical food, made by her with love. You can discover the flavors of the Tuscany cooking tradition, genuine and "fatta in casa" (home-made), with all the typical products coming from our farms. Marzio makes the wine "Rosso di Montepulciano DOC" in his farm, Catia's husband makes oil "extra vergine di oliva" in his biologic farm, all of that is ordinary inside the hotel. The vegetables are always fresh and all are coming from our certified vegetable garden. |
We think that's the right way to have a taste of Tuscany.

LA CASINA RESTAURANT
Very close to the Country Hotel Villa Ambra, it is elegant and refined. "La Casina" is perfect for a romantic, candlelight dinner. You can dine outside, on the panoramic terrace, looking at the beautiful country while tasting a good wine and food. |

Villa Ambra gives two opportunity to taste the Tuscany Food: one restaurant inside the hotel, and one, a few metres away, outside in the park. Our home cooking is genuine and traditionally made, thanks to our certificated products and recipes handed down from our grandmothers. |
